1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using TikTok Comment Monitor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

TikTok Comment Monitor monitors TikTok video comments for specified keywords and automatically creates deals in your HubSpot CRM when matches are found.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account and Apify API token.
• You are responsible for all content monitored through your campaigns.
• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service when monitoring content.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Free Trial: 2-day trial with 1 active campaign.
• Pro Plan: $19/month for unlimited campaigns.
• Payments are processed securely via Gumroad.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Gumroad account. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Data Privacy

Your data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikTok Comment Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
