How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Uninstall the App
When you uninstall TikTok Comment Monitor from your HubSpot account:
- All campaign data is immediately deleted
- Your Apify API token is permanently removed
- Stored HubSpot OAuth tokens are deleted
- Audit logs associated with your portal are deleted
To uninstall: Go to HubSpot Settings → Connected Apps → TikTok Comment Monitor → Uninstall
Method 2: Manual Deletion Request
If you cannot uninstall the app yourself, email us with your HubSpot portal ID:
Email: stainedglass@post.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your HubSpot portal ID
- Your email address associated with the account
- Confirmation that you are the account owner
What Gets Deleted
- All campaign configurations
- Your Apify API token (encrypted storage removed)
- Stored HubSpot OAuth tokens
- Audit logs associated with your portal
- Comment lead history
- Subscription status
Response Time
Manual deletion requests are processed within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
